Jos description: - Assist the Sales Manager in ensuring that the staff provide outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
- Oversee assigned department/category in partnership with Managers in order to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain store appearance, and control expenses and shortages.
- Handle all customer issues through resolution.
- Lead by example. Train and develop staff.
- Work with other departments
Requirements: - Educational Requirements: University/College graduate or equivalent; must have basic math skills
- Work Experience: Previous supervisory experience in a retail, customer service, hospitality services, or luxury brand boutique environment preferred
- Equipment/Tools: POS terminal, computer, office equipment
- Critical Skills: Multilingual speaking ability in Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Russian preferred
